"ABOUT US"

Rick's Auto Sales, Inc. opened for business on September 7, 1994. Rick had been selling cars for years at a used dealership in Lima, Ohio, and then worked as the used car manager at a Ford-Lincoln-Mercury dealership. During the summer of 1994, he decided it was time to open up his own dealership, and purchased the original location at 504 Fontaine St. (St. Rt. 68 South), in Kenton, Ohio. Starting out with only Rick, his father Charles, and his son Courtney detailing and washing cars, it was a lot of hard work, a lot of remodeling, and long hours.

We stayed at the Fontaine St. location until May 5, 2008 when we moved to our new location at 920 W. Lima St. (St. Rt. 309 West), Kenton, Ohio. Our new location was originally built by and for the Ford dealership, which had closed, and with the showroom, office space, parts room, and the service facility, we decided it was time to make our move. We try to maintain at least 50-60 vehicles in inventory at all times, as well as RV's, motorhomes, commercial trucks, rollback trucks, boats, motorcycles, classic cars, a little bit of everything!

Our business is based on our integrity and honesty, as our reputation is far more important than any car deal!! That's exactly why so much of our business is return business. People in our area know that when they do business with us, we try to 'go the extra mile' to make sure our customers are happy, and they know we'll be here if we're needed. We realize, as we have from the beginning, that without our customers we would be nothing, we would have nothing, and YOU, our customer, makes it all possible.
